3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping via USPS typically takes 2-6 business days.
3.2. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination address. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
3.3. Liz's Tienda Vaquera is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
3.4. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 15 days of the package's arrival. Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
4.2. Boots must be returned with unscratched soles. We recommend trying on boots only on carpeted surfaces to ensure they remain eligible for return or exchange.
4.3. Hats, jewelry, and heavily discounted items or items purchased with major discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not reimburse original shipping fees.

5. Order Cancellations
